Increase revenue by taxing churches
Bring in additional City funds.
One way to implement the Truth and Reconciliation Commission's Call to Action #61 would be to tax the property of any churches in the city. Church goers are mainly people who were raised in church, so newer church brands consist mainly of descendants of attendees of the types of churches which were directly involved in this cultural & spiritual atrocity.
